Wellness requires a sense of balance in life, but this elusive concept can be difficult to achieve with life’s stresses affecting our physical and emotional wellbeing. This is why regular massage therapy is so effective in reducing and managing stress. Our spa manager, Bianca Voogt, believes in the healing power of massage and its ability to lower the possibility of illness. We had a chat with her about treatment therapies:
How does massage therapy lower pain levels and help build a healthier body? Pain, tension and fatigue can be lowered through massage movements which are designed to increase blood and lymph flow. Both of these treatments form part of the options in the Camelot Personalised Journey where you can choose to indulge for either a 2,5 or 3,5 hour spa experience, selecting your preferred treatments from our list. This tailor-made wellness journey includes choices from the following treatments –
