Smoking Policy

In compliance with legislation, smoking is only allowed on the outside of the building, and this must be at least 2m from a door or window.A R 1,500.00 deep-cleaning fee for will be automatically levied if evidence of smoking in a hotel room or facility is found.

Check-in time is 14h00 and check-out time is 10h00.The hotel has facilities to store luggage before check in or after check out.
A late check out can be arranged subject to additional chargesForex accepted includes: Euros, Dollars and Pounds.Credit cards accepted: Master, Visa, Diners and Amex.Regrettably, no cheques will be accepted.

Deposit Policy

100% of the amount will be required within 72 Hours of booking in order to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:25% is non-refundable should your reservation be cancelled less than 30 days prior arrival
50% is non-refundable if cancelled less than 14 days and
100% is non-refundable if cancelled less than 7 days.Only WRITTEN cancellations will be accepted.

Child Policy

This policy applies to all children from 0 up to including 12 years old.A maximum of two children under the age of 12 years are allowed to share a room with parents in the luxury wing only.No Children under the age of 12 are allowed to stay in the Heritage wing.Children sharing with parents are accommodated on roll out mattresses in the room.There is no accommodation charge for children under the age of 12 years sharing with Parents, but the child must pay for all meals, including breakfast.
Pet Policy

The Royal St. Andrews Hotel, Conference Centre & Spa does not accommodate pets.
